PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone) rod bar is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic special engineering plastic profile with top comprehensive performance in the industry. YAOAN PEEK rods/bars are refined from high-purity PEEK and POM virgin resins through precision extrusion molding technology. The product integrates ultra-high mechanical strength, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, self-lubrication, insulation and flame retardancy. 1. Applicable Raw Materials
Adopts high-purity virgin PEEK resin and high-grade POM resin without recycled materials or impurities. The high raw material purity guarantees core properties such as wear resistance, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance from the source, and avoids cracking, deformation and performance attenuation caused by inferior raw materials.
2. Conventional Size Range

1. Extreme High Temperature Resistance
PEEK bar has a glass transition temperature of 143℃ and a melting point of 343℃, with a long-term continuous service temperature of 250-260℃ and an instantaneous peak service temperature of 320℃. It will not soften, deform or suffer sharp strength loss in high-temperature environments. Its thermal deformation stability is far superior to ordinary engineering plastics, making it suitable for long-term use in high-temperature working condition equipment parts.
2. Superior Mechanical Properties
The product balances rigidity and toughness, with excellent tensile resistance, compression resistance and impact resistance. Its fatigue resistance under alternating stress is comparable to alloy materials. It is not easy to wear, break or deform under long-term high-load operation, and features excellent dimensional stability, ideal for processing various precision transmission and load-bearing parts to effectively extend equipment service life.

No additional lubricating oil is required. The material features inherent excellent self-lubricating performance with a low friction coefficient and low wear loss.
